It is an evergreen plant with ovate or elliptical leaves, approximately 10-20 centimeters in length and 7-10 centimeters in width. The tip of the leaf blade is gradually pointed, the base is wedge-shaped, and there are 5-7 deeply lobed lobes on each side of the leaf edge, with fine teeth on the lobes. The surface of oak leaves is dark green, while the back of the leaves is light green, and the surface of the leaves is hairless or only has clusters of hair at the vein axils. The length of the petiole is 2.5-5 centimeters, and as the leaves age, the petiole gradually becomes hairless.
